Grace Period
- 5 minutes to field minimum players

Minimum on Field
- Minimum 3 female players on the field at all times
- Substitutions may not drop female count below the minimum
Scoring
- Goals scored by female players = 2 points
- Goals scored by male players = 1 point
- Female goal = female player is the last offensive touch before the ball crosses the line
- Penalty kick goals always = 1 point, regardless of shooter
Shorthanded Games
- Missing the female minimum = team plays down a player
- No swapping a missing female slot for an extra male player
Playoff Shootout
- Playoff games tied after regulation go to a penalty kick shootout
- Each team selects 5 kickers — coin toss decides who shoots first
- Kicking order must strictly alternate by gender

- Still tied after 5 rounds — sudden death continues the M / F pattern
Referees
- Referee decisions are final
- Arguing with referee = yellow card
- Continued arguing = red card
Substitutions
- Unlimited rolling substitutions
- Entering players through center line only
- Exiting players may leave from anywhere
- Goalkeeper subs allowed at any stoppage
- Subs may not drop female count below the minimumCo-Ed
Throw Ins
- Throw ins to restart play — not kick ins
- Both feet must remain on ground
- Ball thrown from behind and over head
Offside
- No offside rule
Slide Tackles
- No slide tackles allowed
- Goalkeeper permitted under fair play
Goalkeeper
- Must wear different colored jersey
- May punt or throw — 6 second rule
- Cannot handle deliberate back pass
Field Equipment
- Goals are 7v7 sized
- Turf shoes and flats allowed
- No metal cleats permitted
- Size 5 ball — each team brings 1 ball
- Shin guards required for all players
- No watches or jewelry during play
- Same color jersey or bib required
Guest Players
- Permitted through regular season only
- Guest fee: $20 — paid before kickoff
- Must sign waiver
- Not eligible for playoffs or championship
- Guests count toward the gender ratioCo-Ed
Game Cancellations
- Weather cancelled games will be rescheduled
- Team cancellations = forfeit
- League may reschedule with 24hrs notice
Injuries
- Player safety is highest priority
- Injured player must exit — sub allowed
- Referee has final say on continuation
- All players participate at own risk
Sportsmanship
- Zero tolerance for fighting
- Fighting = red card + season suspension
- Taunting or unsportsmanlike = yellow card
Fines
- Forfeit = fine
- Unsportsmanlike conduct
- Underage participation
